Bandar Seri Begawan - The British High Commission in Brunei said that a new booklet for schools about the HoB and the importance of taking care of forests and the environment would soon be distributed to schools in Brunei and elsewhere around Borneo.

The new booklet, which is written and compiled by Peter Boyce of CfBT, follows up on a previous booklet produced in 2007. This time the booklet, which will be translated into Malay and Indonesian, will be aimed at slightly younger readers. The British High Commission is helping to finance the project.

"I am delighted to lend our support to this initiative, and proud of the involvement of the British government, activists and educators," British high commissioner Rob Fenn said.
